As a first-time home buyer, the home inspection went great and was thorough. The inspector, Cory, found a few things that needed to be fixed, but nothing major. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I had a great experience throughout the whole length of the home inspection. He was thorough and patient with my questions. If there was something alarming he brought it to my attention and showed me how it should be addressed. His expertise gave me comfort and allowed my mind to be at ease with the purchase of my home. Now that I'm aware of what issues are likely to arise and pose a problem in the near future; I can begin to work on them early. Thanks Cory for your overall friendly service.

Cory did an outstanding job as the inspector of our newly-purchased home. He went above and beyond in the attention to detail he gave during the inspection process and we were incredibly impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism. Cory thoroughly explained everything to us with confidence and clear communication. He was patient during the inspection process, too, as I tend to ask a lot of questions! My husband and I would highly recommend Cory to anyone who wants to make sure that the job is done with 110% accuracy and effort. We also really appreciated that Cory was punctual, didn't rush, and was very personable. We really enjoyed working with him!

Cory was extremely helpful and is recommended by myself (a first-time home buyer) and by my family. He was extremely responsive. I even called him the night before the inspection and he answered all my questions. During the inspection he was very thorough and did a great job explaining things. He provided the inspection report on the same day and told me I could call him if I had any further questions.
